Harold Atukwatse
Harold is the Managing Partner and heads our Corporate and Commercial Practice.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. He is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
Harold has vast experience in the following practice areas; corporate commercial transactions, gaming law, intellectual property, sports law, and revenue, and tax law.

Linda Mutesi
Linda heads the Policy and General Practices.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Makerere University Kampala and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
She is a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
Linda has interest and experience in the following practice areas; Public Interest Law, Immigration and Citizenship Law, Family Law, Government Policy and Regulation advisory, Non-profit Organisation Law, and other related areas.

Rodney Jordan Kinyera
He leads the Dispute Resolution and Trade Law Practices.
Jordan’s expertise spans commercial dispute resolution and general litigation. He is also an advisor on International Trade and Regional Integration Law.
Jordan holds a Master of Laws in International Trade Law Degree from the University of Cape Town (majored in Chinese Law and Investments in Africa and Regional Integration Law), a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University.
Jordan is an Advocate of the Ugandan Courts of Judicature and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.

Conrad Atuhire
Conrad is a Partner at the firm. He specialises in Commercial Law Practice, specifically in Finance and Banking having previously worked as an in house counsel at I&M Bank in Kampala and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Rome, Italy.
Conrad holds a Master of Laws Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Uganda Christian University.
Conrad is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.

Grace Muguli Kwizera
Grace has a Business and Finance background. He graduated from Makerere University Business School with a Bachelors of Business Administration and the University of Kent with a Masters of Business Administration Finance.
He is tasked with business sourcing as well as setting an effective and winning strategy for the firm.
Grace brings a managerial and business dimension to the implementation of the goals and objectives of the firm. He brings great business acumen, leadership and execution of client’s requirements to the Firm.
He has worked with Rift Valley Investments (RVI) where he served as Director Finance and Administration.
